Well, my main entry is at Words of Mine, so go over there to get the details. As of now, I'm tired. Michael would say I over did today in doing housework and thinking too much.

I woke up anxious and decided to combat it by making lists and then getting to it. I didn't get everything done but I'm pleased with what I did accomplish.

It's hard to believe that it is 9 p.m. already. Well, I'm going to call it an evening.

I loathe housework. In fact, I loathe "work." Just the work irks me. I prefer the idea of being constructive or creative.

Hi there, thank you for commenting at my site. I was really glad to hear that the Stanford Medical Center experience was helpful to you! How is it for you, by the way, to attend meetings these days? I have been sober 13 years now and used to frequently attend AA meetings, as well as occasional Al-Anon meetings, and I really miss them yet find it more painful than helpful to attend now due to my social anxiety and energy sensitivity stuff.
